- Support the deal teams during the entire transaction process for the acquisition of projects and in the due diligence processes for new investments or financing schemes
- Developing and reviewing sophisticated financial models / discounted cash flow valuations / scenario analysis and summarizing results in a clear and effective manner
- Ensure the quality and consistency of complex financial models and financial valuation of investment opportunities
- Responsible for producing the investment recommendation presentations (investment memorandums) for internal investment committees
- Support in preparing non-binding and binding offers

Your mission
Your profile
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields
- Alternatively: Business Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Experience – 2/3 years with at least 1 year in renewable energy experience with a developer, IPP, lender, (M&A) advisor, and/or utility
- Having done sell-side or buy-side M&A transactions or debt financing
- Familiarity with commercial, financial, loan and equity products
- Experience in financial modelling
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
- Preferably residing in Berlin or willing to relocate
